I don't even have the words to say how pleased I am with the services I received at Lockwood Dental. When I called in and explained to Celeste, the receptionist, that my insurance benefit year ended in June and started over in July. She understood right away and got me in the same day, I had never been there before so they had to do X-rays and exams. Lindsay then did my teeth cleaning and I've never had such an awesome dental teeth cleaning at any dentist before, she was awesome. Then, they informed me that they could do some of the work that I needed done that same day. Dr. Hanson and his assistant Jaime were so gentle and worked together so well doing the fillings that I needed that it was absolutely and totally just relaxing. Normally, I white knuckle going through a dental visit, but I was absolutely relaxed. They work so well together. I give this dental practice five stars on here but if there were a hundred I'd give them a hundred !! Additionally, while I was there, there were three other patients all smiling and happy with the services.

My first visit was last week, I had to cancel on them the week before. I was very impressed with the lady at the front desk. She was very nice even when I had a no-show. Life's been crazy and she didn't make me feel bad about it. I hate going to the dentist and told the nurse when I saw her and she informed me the doctor was awesome. I have heard that before but was really impressed with him. He was nice, listened, and helped me get a plan together. Looking forward to working with them again.

This place was fantastic, the dentist and aids were a++, and Medicaid paid for everything. Super positive. I had 4 teeth pulled. I would recommend. The most comfortable, and newest equipment I've ever seen. Great clinic.

It's definitely the best dentist I've been to. It was quick, painless, and professional and I got to pick what to watch on a TV. I chose music and my dentist and the assistant were singing, we were just vibing while my teeth were being treated.

About a month ago I fell at work and broke my front tooth. Having to deal with workman's comp was a pain, but Celeste handled it like a boss, getting my claim approved, she got me in two days later. I chose to go with the bridge instead of an implant because I was able to get the work done there. After 3 hours, my broken tooth was gone, and I had a temp bridge put in. They did such an amazing job. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Lockwood Family Dental, especially, if like myself, you've had bad experiences before. I feel so much more confident than I did before. Thank you, thank you!

I normally have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Lockwood Dental is caring and friendly from the time you walk in the door. The dentist and his staff listen and take time to make your experience nothing but comfortable. I would not recommend any other dentist, he is the best!
